¼ liter of low fat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
Then, mix in the mustard, parsley and chives.
